Your Job Is Not the Only Way to Make Money
Never believe that your job is the only way you can make money! That is an unhealthy view of the world and it's an unhealthy perspective on the power of you! Your job is should not be tied to your self esteem and you should not be held hostage by this idea that leaves you helpless, powerless, and a subject under someone else. If you ever want to be depressed, then let someone else control your life and your future. Don't put your life in the hands of other people. That's dangerous. Take advantage of the resources that are at your fingertips, and the knowledge and information that is available to you to actually grow and position yourself to not rely fully on your job for all of your money. Everything you are doing for your employer, you could be doing for yourself!
We are created to be builders, creators, and producers. If you are working hard everyday and you aren't tapping into your natural inclination to build, then you are probably slipping into some serious level of discontentment. Create something, construct something, produce something. I don't care if you pick up a paintbrush and paint, knit sweaters, write something, build a hobby, produce an art or a craft, make something, or start something small....anything!! It doesn't matter. But you were not made to wake up, go to work, come home, sit on the couch, and wait on the weekend to you can spend your time doing something else meaningless with no aim. You won't find your purpose or calling, just sitting around waiting it to come to you. You have to do something to capture something. You have to start something and give something to the world in order to get something from the world. There are so many ways to make money, it's unbelievable. You have a skill and a talent to make money. Don't sit down on that.
I'm encouraging you to spend time creating what you are missing and never believe that the only way for you to make money to feed yourself and your family, is through a somebodies job. When you build and create something and operate in that lane, no one can take that from you, like they can take that job from you. It doesn't matter if you make a lot of money, or a little money......the key is its yours. Unless you own your job, then the job is NOT YOURS, and it's subject to being gone at the blink of an eye.
